Building materials being loaded for delivery from the Tema-Afienya yard

Sales of general goods

Building materials supplied direct, including cement from three manufacturers.

Overview

Sigman Enterprise retails and supplies general goods, with a core focus on building materials for contractors, developers and retailers. The division exists to give construction clients a single source for material supply and the transport that gets it to site.

We are a co-agent for Ghacem cement through its distributor PH World Company Limited, and an agent for both Bright Cement International and CIMAF Cement — which gives buyers options on brand, price and availability rather than a single supply line.

Because supply and haulage sit in the same company, delivery to site is scheduled with the order instead of being arranged separately after it.

Capabilities

What this division actually does.

Cement supply

Ghacem through PH World Company Limited, Bright Cement International and CIMAF Cement — three supply lines rather than one.

Building materials retail

Retail and supply of building materials for construction clients working to a site programme.

Bulk order fulfilment

Large orders consolidated and released against a delivery schedule rather than shipped in one uncontrolled drop.

Delivery scheduled with supply

Haulage is booked at the point of order, so the material and the truck are planned together.

Scope

What's included, and what isn't.

Being explicit about the second column is the point. It is cheaper for both of us to disagree now than on the day.

What’s included

  • Supply of cement from Ghacem, Bright Cement International and CIMAF
  • General building materials sourced to order
  • Delivery to yard or to an active site, scheduled with the order
  • Offloading where the unit and the site allow it
  • Written quotation before the order is confirmed
  • Delivery documentation signed at both ends

What’s not

  • Storage of materials on your behalf beyond the delivery date
  • Site handling equipment such as cranes or forklifts
  • Installation, laying or any construction work
  • Materials outside the building trade
Supply lines

The three cement lines we supply.

Buyers get a choice of brand, price and availability rather than being tied to one supply line.

Ghacem

Co-agent, through PH World Company Limited

Supplied under a co-agency arrangement rather than directly, which is stated here because the distinction matters to a buyer checking the supply line.

Bright Cement International

Agent

Supplied under a direct agency appointment, with orders placed and delivered through us.

CIMAF Cement

Agent

Supplied under a direct agency appointment, with orders placed and delivered through us.

Before you enquire

What we need from you.

Send these six things and the first reply can be a quote rather than a question.

Pickup and delivery addresses

Where the load starts and where it has to end up, as precisely as you can give it.

Cargo description

What it is, how it is packaged, and whether it is palletised, bagged, loose or containerised.

Approximate weight or volume

An estimate is enough. If you are not sure, tell us what you do know and we will work from that.

Preferred dates

The window you need it moved in, and whether the date is fixed or flexible.

Site access restrictions

Height or weight limits, soft ground, narrow approaches, or anything that affects turnaround.

Special handling or documentation

Securing requirements, permits, or paperwork the destination expects on arrival.
